Tweets Navideños

Today I used stations to wrap up our first week with Christmas.  Now, I’m going to be honest that I was scraping materials together 20 minutes before the kids walked in, BUT in doing so I came across this gold mine of Spanish tweets about Christmas that I had created a couple of years ago.  I definitely felt like giving myself a high five after remembering how much kids enjoy reading these samples.  The first activity is a list of tweets with comprehension questions in English, the next asks students to identify each Christmas celebrities account, the third is a translation one, the fourth asks students to find other names used for Santa, and then there’s a few writing ones based on Instagram images.  If you’re interested in a copy, click here to view the PDF version and here to get a Microsoft Word copy to edit.  ¡Disfrútalo y felices fiestas!
